Our centre star rating is based on customer satisfaction scores from real customers. It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. Slight confusion at booking in meant I had to go to BMW customer service to confirm things when all the info I needed was available on Bowker pc's. More anoyingly, i opted to get the car washed and hoovered but at best you did half a job!

The service was very good but I was disappointed that something quite major had gone wrong with my car when it was just out of warranty. I was however pleased that Chris was able to obtain a contribution from BMW towards the cost of repair.

Overall excellent, but the valeters need to do the boot lid and handle, as this is one of the dirtiest parts of the car, and was left unwashed. (What am I moaning about - it was a free wash - well you did ask...)

The fault was resolved with Ad Blue however due to a software upgrade, it has messed up the media controls on the iPhone 7. I've reported this to the dealership however it appears to need more than one trip to resolve.
