Was very satisfied for 3 days till oil warning coming up on the M6 saying I needed to stop and put 1 litre of oil in. Looked under the car and noticed oil drops from the back of the engine on the under tray. Put litre of oil in and limped home.

Bowker allow me to have my car serviced at a time to suit me. They quote for all work beforehand so costs are clear. Also, loved the video summary that they sent me on completion.

Air conditioning system must have failed during warranty period, although this did not become apparent until first activated, 3 weeks after warranty expired. Although covered by extended warranty, I had to pay £250 excess.

The reason I'm dissatisfied is that I was told that my car would be in your garage for 3 weeks I was given a hire car which was absolutely spot on. My problem is that I filled the hire care up with a full tank of fuel, and only had the car for 4 days

The service was fine, however my car was left with dirty marks on the bonnet and the roof - as the car is black it was very visible and I had to take it to be rewashed the day after.

Very friendly staff booking the car in. The video inspection was good. Unfortunately once home, I noticed a dust cap was missing from one of our tyres so I will have to purchase new ones. Just the little lack of attention to detail was disappointing
They didn't call me back after I left a message trying to book in for an MOT and then when I later arrived after making the apt they said I was booked in for a week later. Sally seemed to imply it was my fault and said they would listen to the call.

I have used Bowkers for over 20 years and have always found them to be helpful and efficient.
My car has been in now 3 times, still not 100%, windows still have creaking noises.
Everything was handled really well, and I waslooked after well.
Service was fine. Happy with the level of detail in the video and the speed the work was completed I have an ongoing issue where I have bought a iPhone 6 cradle for the centre console and this isn't working. This is very frustrating.

The facilities were good but the service took a little longer than I expected. Also my car was not vacuumed inside which I expected it to be.

This is the third car I have bought from Bowker Blackburn, which I think says it all.
The service was very good but I was disappointed that something quite major had gone wrong with my car when it was just out of warranty. I was however pleased that Chris was able to obtain a contribution from BMW towards the cost of repair.
Overall excellent, but the valeters need to do the boot lid and handle, as this is one of the dirtiest parts of the car, and was left unwashed. (What am I moaning about - it was a free wash - well you did ask...)

Overall, very satisfied. I did have to wait for half and hour when I arrived as the car was still being cleaned.
The fault was resolved with Ad Blue however due to a software upgrade, it has messed up the media controls on the iPhone 7. I've reported this to the dealership however it appears to need more than one trip to resolve.
