Slight confusion at booking in meant I had to go to BMW customer service to confirm things when all the info I needed was available on Bowker pc's. More anoyingly, i opted to get the car washed and hoovered but at best you did half a job!
They answered all my questions to solve my problem

Car serviced and bulb changed as requested. Sent me a note stating dust caps seized on and valves needed changing. This was not carried out, how were the tyre pressures checked?
The service was very good but I was disappointed that something quite major had gone wrong with my car when it was just out of warranty. I was however pleased that Chris was able to obtain a contribution from BMW towards the cost of repair.
Service carried out in very organised manner
Overall excellent, but the valeters need to do the boot lid and handle, as this is one of the dirtiest parts of the car, and was left unwashed. (What am I moaning about - it was a free wash - well you did ask...)
They did the job while I waited so I didn't need extra time off work
The fault was resolved with Ad Blue however due to a software upgrade, it has messed up the media controls on the iPhone 7. I've reported this to the dealership however it appears to need more than one trip to resolve.

Brought car in for problem with windows, picked car up, it was no different plus the car had not been cleaned.
Overall, very satisfied. I did have to wait for half and hour when I arrived as the car was still being cleaned.

The time taken to complete the work was exactly to the minute as I was informed when booking the vehicle in. I was also able to connect to the showrooms WiFi and work away with a delicious coffee and a biscuit. Staff were very courteous and helpful

All aspects of service were excellent as usual. However, a piece of trim that had come away from the doorsill, left in the drivers seat footwell awaiting next service had disappeared when car returned to me. I suspect it was removed during the vac.

All went well despite a longer lead time than originally forecast. Handover was fine. Only blip was a scratch on the instrument binnacle that wasn't picked up during the PDI and tail gate difficult to shut - pending a fix on the 1st Feb 2017
