My car had been called in for a software update two to be exact this was a little bit baffling to myself as I'd only had the car a few weeks having said that I didn't expect these updates to take as long as they did with no charge for the latter.

When i got my car home after a service and two tyres being fit. They left the old weights on the offside wheel and the weights on the nearside fell off and they damaged my caliper.
Service was good but not happy that the vehicle needed such major repair after 12 months
Again, I wasnt called back twice despite leaving messages and my car wasnt cleaned when it went in for its MOT. I understand the staff might not have been available but this is the service you offer so it will wasnt really acceptable.

There was a major delay of over 2 weeks for delivery of my car, this had nothing to do with the BMW centre in question, it was the fault of BMW in Germany. The centre did absolutely everything they could to make that issue as smooth as possible
I couldn't fault it in anyway despite the fact the showroom was also under refurb, this had no impact on us
