As above. Great service from both the engineer who I took for a drive to show the fault to the service advisor team. Big improvement has been made as I have been less than happy previously
All the services engineers I spoke to were great and knew there stuff however the main person I spoke to was frankly rude. She never offered me a drink or anything, she didn't know what she was talking about. Should be a 1, but the others were great
Vehicle collection process was slow as the desk was understaffed whilst salesman stood around. Once an advisor saw me the service was very good. Valet of the car was poor. The car problem has hopefully now been solved but has taken 3 visits.

See above - I shan't use Bowkers (or any other BMW main dealers) again once the vehicle is out of warranty, too expensive and too keen to find faults! The cost of BMW parts is excessive and the recommended labour costs are simply extortionate.
My car always receives a thorough examination whilst at Bowker letting me know of any work that may need doing in the future and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.
Everything happened as it should and in a timely manner, there was a comfortable area to wait in

Car was dropped by BMW Emergency, I understand they're busy, but I need replacement car for repair time, they inform me TOO LATE about car progress and wanted to return a hired car ASAP. They said, I could on my own extend hire car. Double Diagnosis.
Very disappointed by Bowker as they charged me for a tyre which never got fitted, I only came to realise this when the car notified me of tyre pressure loss. On checking my tyre I found the exact same problem which was reported the week before.
Received a videos which explained what they had done and what needed doing.The only downside was the free wash and vac, don't like that they use a auto car wash. I always thought that the car was hand washed.

Rectified my issue quickly
The appointment time was changed at the last minute to 2 hours later due to a breakdown in communication at the dealer
I just had my car booked in for a pre holiday check to make sure all is ok before a touring holiday to Scotland all ok and car returned to me all washed and cleaned inside super service.
Work completed within stated time.

Although it took several visits to resolve my tyre problems the staff were always helpful and clear and concise in their advice.

Booked car in oil n filter service waited three hours,went to pay bmw technician was unable to put more oil in engine seemed to thi k it was bit low on reading told me to drive it some miles & take reading on dash . Please read box below

Was very satisfied for 3 days till oil warning coming up on the M6 saying I needed to stop and put 1 litre of oil in. Looked under the car and noticed oil drops from the back of the engine on the under tray. Put litre of oil in and limped home.
All the information I was given was incorrect,I dealt with 6 different people,nobody call you back

Bowker allow me to have my car serviced at a time to suit me. They quote for all work beforehand so costs are clear. Also, loved the video summary that they sent me on completion.
Managed to fit me in without prior notice and inspected problem and actioned to resolve same

Superb customer service from the moment of arrival. Regular updates on the progress of repair and very efficient return of my car.
Air conditioning system must have failed during warranty period, although this did not become apparent until first activated, 3 weeks after warranty expired. Although covered by extended warranty, I had to pay £250 excess.
I was asked to bring the car back in on saterday to rectify the issue with the service history not being recorded on i drive. I felt i was fobbed off as they did not know what to do.continued in next box.

mostly ok. i was told i would have a choice of reg plates but the rep forgot. also i had to go back twice for the satnav to be activated.
I was kept updated on the delivery date and when I had a short gap between my previous car and new one the dealer provided a courtesy car. Over and above my expectations.
On first arriving at the BMW centre you feel you are about to enjoy a special experience. The forecourt is immaculate and the standand is set. A warm welcome is received from reception staff and refreshments are available. Sales team are attentive.

The delivery date was off by a few weeks so I was left car-less for around 7 weeks. I realise this isn't the dealer's fault but it was still a very awkward period.
