faultless service and staff
Excellent service from the staff and impressive frequent updates on my vehicle. In particular the video sent via email!
I have used Bowkers for over 20 years and have always found them to be helpful and efficient.
My car has been in now 3 times, still not 100%, windows still have creaking noises.
Everything was handled really well, and I waslooked after well.

Service was fine. Happy with the level of detail in the video and the speed the work was completed I have an ongoing issue where I have bought a iPhone 6 cradle for the centre console and this isn't working. This is very frustrating.

Despite requiring an expensive and lengthy repair, the service manager Sally arranged for a courtesy car and provided a very professional service. She clearly communicated what work was required and negotiated with BMW for a competitive price.

helpful and timely. was able to produce a courtesy car to use on the day, even though I had not originally envisaged needing this. There's no way that other BMW franchisees I've used before would have done this!! (I could name & shame)
I was welcomed by your Reception Staff and also by the Service Advisor. I was offered drinks and the waiting area on Site was comfortable .
The facilities were good but the service took a little longer than I expected. Also my car was not vacuumed inside which I expected it to be.

The service was very good but I was disappointed that something quite major had gone wrong with my car when it was just out of warranty. I was however pleased that Chris was able to obtain a contribution from BMW towards the cost of repair.
Overall excellent, but the valeters need to do the boot lid and handle, as this is one of the dirtiest parts of the car, and was left unwashed. (What am I moaning about - it was a free wash - well you did ask...)
They did the job while I waited so I didn't need extra time off work
The fault was resolved with Ad Blue however due to a software upgrade, it has messed up the media controls on the iPhone 7. I've reported this to the dealership however it appears to need more than one trip to resolve.
Always friendly and helpful, showroom is clean, bright and welcoming.
Overall, very satisfied. I did have to wait for half and hour when I arrived as the car was still being cleaned.

The time taken to complete the work was exactly to the minute as I was informed when booking the vehicle in. I was also able to connect to the showrooms WiFi and work away with a delicious coffee and a biscuit. Staff were very courteous and helpful
I cannot speak too highly of the customer service especially Mick Barton who goes that extra mile to ensure everything is ok. My vehicle is important to me and I am fussy about whom I trust with it, in Bowkers it's in good knowledgeable safe hands.

The Overall experience was stress free and no sale pressure applied, every member of staff including a special mention to my salesman Michael Duckett was welcoming and helpful.

When placing the order we were told we would have 14 days to make any changes/additions. We discovered we needed to add the full lighting system in line with our old car. 24hrs after placing the order I left a message. 48hrs later i was told too late
