The time taken to complete the work was exactly to the minute as I was informed when booking the vehicle in. I was also able to connect to the showrooms WiFi and work away with a delicious coffee and a biscuit. Staff were very courteous and helpful
Would have been higher if the vehicle settings had not all been reset for no apparent reason. Had to readjust the driver's seat.
I cannot speak too highly of the customer service especially Mick Barton who goes that extra mile to ensure everything is ok. My vehicle is important to me and I am fussy about whom I trust with it, in Bowkers it's in good knowledgeable safe hands.

All aspects of service were excellent as usual. However, a piece of trim that had come away from the doorsill, left in the drivers seat footwell awaiting next service had disappeared when car returned to me. I suspect it was removed during the vac.

Costs were not explained, I was then over charged on the invoice which was only pointed out to me when a challenge the cost, the invoice also had items itemised that didn't make any sense just number's??

I had the wrong tyres fitted to my car. I requested what I wanted fitted but had different ones fitted and not told. I was charged for the ones I wanted fitted but had the cheaper version fitted
Arranged appointment for set time, arrived on time yet over 1 hour to change 2 tyres. BMW are trying to price match competitors and need to meet the service of others such as tyres on the drive where the drive, book in, wait can be avoided.
Booked a 90 minute service while you wait. Everything was exactly on time.
Felt looked after, although the edge was taken off somewhat by the recommend additional items stated to be needed and the very high pricing of those options. For example, the front brakes quote over £1k, id been told £320!!
Complete customer service. No other BMW garage in the North West takes this much time and attention.

Service was excellent
All went well despite a longer lead time than originally forecast. Handover was fine. Only blip was a scratch on the instrument binnacle that wasn't picked up during the PDI and tail gate difficult to shut - pending a fix on the 1st Feb 2017
