Very helpful. I was not kept waiting at all. A courtesy car was available and they phones when the car was ready to collect. They also checked that I was happy to have tyres changed.
Team are knowledgeable focused and do not pressure sales on customers. I felt confident in our choice and that's why despite having other showrooms closer I choose to travel to see Matt and Bowker
Delighted with the overall result. One snag only, that the online condition report identified the tyre depth on the Summer grade tyres, rather than the Winter tyres. It would have been helpful to confirm tyre depth on both types.

I was disappointed when my car had not been collected on time. It was collected later but it then there was a problem with the programming. This meant an overnight stay. A mini was left outside my house during this time, but I couldn't use it.

Quick attention, attentive response from service staff - and a coffee while we waited. However £70 to clean a windscreen washer bottle seemed expensive!
Arranging it was straight forward. I was welcomed promptly the job was done in the time advised and the car was clean when I picked it up.

Because the Dealership did more than I had asked for when in for service. Two bulbs had been replaced under warranty and the vehicle washed and cleaned.

Whilst my car was in the garage for a service A ladder fell against it causing damage, this meant it had to be sent to a body shop to be repaired. I was without my car from it initially going in for a service to be returned for 10 days

I know that parts and labour cost what they cost and also that BMWs are not the cheapest cars to buy and run! But for what is in effect an oil change service it felt expensive.
When we arrived we were kept waiting for over 30 minutes . How long we would have been kept waiting if I hadn't complained at the delay is anybody's guess.
Extremely satisfied with the level of service but slightly annoyed at being charged over £50 for certain items NOT covered on The Service Plan. Quiet concerned as to what hidden extras may crop up in the future

I was called at 14.44 to say the car was ready for collection.I drove from Preston and finally arrived at 15.35.Was told the car was still being vacuumed. It wasn't ready until 16.20.That really irked me.
The personal car video information and telephone calls made the whole experience a pleasure and never a chore

The person who has delt with my warranty issues was Very professional in addressing and resolving the problem.
I could get an appointment at short notice (ish) The problem was diagnosed quickly and repaired with available parts the same day. This is not eh case with some other manufacturers.

This is the 5th car from Bowker Blackburn. The staff are polite, helpful, knowledgeable and always offer a package to suit me. I have spoken with other dealers and they don't even call you back when they agree to do so.
All paperwork ready, not too pushy sales people, friendly but professional. Also not too pushy with own financial products such as GAP insurance unlike other dealers such as JLR

"Trim Designation Deletion" did not get put on my order even after I requested it, I was promised they would be removed before collection and they weren't. The car was just outside with demo cars and used cars with nothing to signify it as a new car.
