Speed and efficiency
Picking up my car and delivering back the same day is very convenient. The reports and video provided are excellent and understandable even to a motor numpty like me
Only negative is price, paying for a service plan which is a good initiative in itself however I do feel it is overpriced and the discount offered for loyalty is negligible. I was quoted cheaper at Haliwell J Warrington but lead time was poor.
Chris dealt with my questions on tyre change and offered good sensible advice

The issue was fixed however the video walk around didn't relate to my car. All the service consultant could say was perhaps engineer got mixed up as they deal with alot of cars. That's not an acceptable answer.
Service completed in just a few hours and a mild unexpected problem accommodated at the same time.

I have a service plan. 2 x 18K services.went 100miles over the 18~K and was informed by BMW that my plan was no longer valid.Surly customers should be advised of this, within time to book the service?

It was great but I needed to be in and out with my adblue. I was there on time but couldnt leave until an hour later when I was pickin* my son up which I explained when I booked. No harm done but I did want to back for when he came out and I wasnt.
the works were undertaken and completed in the stated time frame. Kelby provided a professional and user friendly service and this was appreciated.

Bowker always go the extra mile e.g. opened up service whilst car was dropped off by recovery. Fitted the repairs in an already busy schedule. Provided a courtesy car.
My issue was delt with very swiftly, and i was very happy with the customer service.
My request to book my car into Bowker, was promptly accommodated. There is always effective communication between Bowker and myself, the customer, to inform me of work which is carried out and to inform me that my car is ready for collection.
Service was completed in around an hour whilst I waited which I was very happy about. I was regularly asked if I required refreshments whilst I waited.
Only given four because my visit wasn't really required. Went in for a scheduled tyre change which wasn't actually required or carried out, but tied up my morning. On the flip side, this was the reason for my answer to Q1. regarding honesty.

Chris Blenkinship was fantastic! When he dropped my car back off at my home he explained all the work done and nothing seemed too much trouble. Great customer service 11 out of 10 definitely goes to him.
