Amused that you suggested work to the cost of over £1200 when only a tyre and brake fluid replacement was essential. Worried that you were going to replace the damaged winter tyre with a summer tyre which would be dangerous on slippery surfaces.
Car collected and returned at promised times. Very friendly staff member and car returned washed and vacuumed. Bowker's service has always been exemplary.
I WAS TOLD MY TWO FRONT ALLOYS WERE BUCKLED AND I COULD HAVE TWO NEW ONES FOR ALMOST £1,500. TODAY I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR TO AN INDEPENDENT TYRE / WHEEL SUPPLIER WHO CHECKED BOTH WHEELS AND TOLD ME BOTH WHEELS WERE FINE!
Although I did have issues with the service given initially, after a meeting with the service Manager issue was quickly resolved so i was a happy customer.
Robert Dixon made the experience extremely easy and he went the extra mile to help convince me
Everything just as I wished for.
Most but not all problems on the car solved. The Bluetooth is still and issue and both the exterior and interior could have been cleaned far more thoroughly. The boot and the windows hadn't been touched.

A green report on all aspects of my service but I had a minor chip on my car; should have been identified. The car check couldn't be done because my car was dirty according to the video; really? Feedback on collection was dismissed re the above

The car was brought in for new alloys under warranty...1st time round the service I received was lacking & the car needed to be brought back in. I called Stuart the Service Manager & we discussed the issues and he was great at sorting things out...

I was confronted with a potentially expensive bill. I have decided to get rid of the car and buy a different brand rather than get the work done.

Sent car in for a tracker to be fitted at short notice. All done on time, supplied with courtesy car.
Nothing was too much trouble
The service for my car had to be booked about 2 weeks from when I initially rang as there was no bookings available. I also feel that the time my car was needed to be in the workshop seemed excessive for a service.
The sale service was exemplirary but the after sales service is terrible.

Had a problem that was caused by Halfords which had to put right by BMW You were outstanding.
Slight niggle with tyre inflation sensor the last twice it has had tyre related work.

After booking a wash and vacuum, the car had been cleaned but was covered in sawdust
This car has had too many faults which is not what we are used to with Bmw's
They went out of they way to get my car sorted and gave me a car to drive while mine was repaired
All work appeared to be done to a good level. Including resolving an irritating rattle. Car was cleaned, loan car provided all achieved in a friendly and efficient manner.

It took two and a half hours to replace 2 tyres. This is too long to wait. I liked being invited into the service bay by the mechanic who showed me and explained the problem. I liked the video report sent to my mobile phone. I liked refreshments.
On returning to my car, the tyre pressure indicator came on. A quick check during vehicle check would have caught this. Wasn't on when came in. Might just be coincidence.

Think your service staff need a bit of customer service training. Found the initial guy very standoffish and had to wait over half an hour over the agreed time u was told to collect my car as he was busy and waved me away when I approached him.
Every thing from start to finish was excellent
Fault on Nav fixed within the day, I asked about purchasing replacement car mats as the drivers side had worn through, they explained that because the mats were in the car from new they could be changed under warranty. Excellent..
Was disappointed that check of car did not involve checking tyre pressures. When I worked how to use onboard system tyres were only reading 19psi not the required 35psi (rear) and 38psi (front) as stated on tally. Under inflated tyres are dangerous

extremely helpful staff all round
Attention to detail matters to me. I requested that the front bumper was not drilled to mount the number plate but it was. On the day of collection, there was a chip in the paint on one of the door handles. I would have expected this to be PDI.
From the first day I met Robert Dixon, the whole new car purchase was dream. He made everything about buying my car a pleasure, well looked after and informed on all things regarding the new car and my X4 I was returning. Very helpful guy!
