I booked my car in for an exterior valet as ill health prevented me from doing this task for my self, and here's the BUT it took the best part of three hours to complete as well as myself waiting at the centre along with my wife far to long to wait!!
Although we did not purchase this vehicle from Bowker,we were very impressed by their level of attention.We would consider purchasing our next BMW from here.

As above.Oil was half way between high and low so thought it should have been topped up.
At the time the Winter Check was carried out, the overall cost was significantly more than I had understood would be the case at the time I booked my car in, and I am not clear that my 3+ Service Membership discount was applied.
From reception through to the service desk and then a conversation with the service manager followed by a call from the sales person who originally sold me the car I was treated curtiously by every member of staff.
Courteous service, Copious information, They were flexible and accommodating. They listened and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied.

Very good service. The only reason that the rating isn't 5 stars is due to the quality of courtesy car that is given. As a previous Mercedes customer I expect a courtesy car reflective of my own vehicle (i.e. not a 116i for my m135i)
No problems with visit
Due to the car not being valeted for the second time whilst in for servicing. Plus I never received any paperwork.

Booked car in for new tyres and was informed of a recall requirement. Car was left at 8 am but not ready when I returned for it after 4 pm which was disappointing.
I was completely satisfied with the service I received.
Very happy with the service but the coffee machine wasnt working which was disapointing when waiting for approx' 2hrs
Waiting to collect the car after the service.Receptionist sat us down where we waited for around 20minutes in an uncomfortable area before a service rep carried out the paperwork.The lady we eventually saw was very polite

Service carried out while I waited and at a reasonable cost. Staff very welcoming and explained fully what the service entailed.
There were no issues with the service & staff element but on returning home to find that one of the staff had been caught speeding whilst returning my car did take the edge off the whole experience and cause me a little bit of inconvenience.

Booked in for 08:00, I was waiting in reception until nearly 08:15 as the staff chatted away. I was advised it was a 90 minute appointment. I left at nearly 11:00. All of this to change 2 tyres. Poor customer experience.

I will have to bring my car back in to look at apparent faults with my tyre pressures.Also the car valet is not as good as it used to be. I have been a customer for over 20 years.
It would be nice from a customers view if the service department was open all day Saturday. Most customers work all week so the only chance they get to buy tyres or deal with service issues is Saturday or Sunday.
Would have been higher had I not waited to be dealt with. Too many cars in for service compared to service staff

My BMW has not had any problems and the services and MOT's very been fine.
multi-media centre failed - no carphone, sat nav, radio. it took 2 weeks for you to be able to book in a 'warranty repair' - why this was distinguished from any other repair.....and a further 2 weeks to get a part from Germany. why not in stock?
Promise to replace boot cover to resolve rattles under warranty not fulfilled, despite me driving a 120 mile round trip to drop off (for a whole day) and pick up car, they only greased it without telling me that is all they were doing.
Complete overall satisfaction.

Very easy booking in process, I have waited for half and hour at other dealerships to book in my car. I was kept informed during the day and advised as soon as the car was ready to collect.

The booking process was straightforward however I requested two warranty issues be looked at. The auto boot cover was rectified but the rumbling on the front wheels (when driving at 70-75mph) was not. It was suggested a new back tyre may be required!

Everything as expected just a small problem as the garage left the oil cap loose after the service so the oil leaked out of the engine and the oil light came on so the oil had to be replaced
everything explained properly, courtesy car always offered.
I was booked in last min on a Saturday after my brake lights came on. My brakes were serviced and I was back on the road within hours. My car was cleaned and washed and looked/felt brand new!
Vehicle always returned in a clean and pristine condition as it was when taken in

Everything was perfect apart from a small delay with the car and there was both the litre of oil and a warning triangle missing from the vehicle.
Good experience initially, but not brilliant at keeping me informed during wait for delivery. Also car took much longer to arrive than initially indicated.
