Having spent a whole day occupying my time to find out there was a an alert in yellow on the screen (not previously showing)when switching off the engine on arriving home was to say the least inconvenient. I had to call BMW assistance.

Could'nt get a better service
Very happy with the service. The service manager could not have been more helpful to me and was able to fit me in, and lend me a car for the day. This was the first time I had used this dealer, and I will definitely use them again.
Minor improvements to service received would have elicited a 5 star score, estimate for time of service was not completely accurate, complimentary wash was somewhat superficial, interior untouched unlike previous experience.

See previous answer. I couldn't get Williams in Bolton(much more convenient and from where I bought the car), to budge on waiting. Generally I'm disappointed with the inflexibility of Williams.

long drive from my house to Blackburn, Bolton is closer but I find the customer service at Blackburn is professional, Neil is the go to person for me and while I have a bmw he will stay that way (please don't leave)

Amused that you suggested work to the cost of over £1200 when only a tyre and brake fluid replacement was essential. Worried that you were going to replace the damaged winter tyre with a summer tyre which would be dangerous on slippery surfaces.
I WAS TOLD MY TWO FRONT ALLOYS WERE BUCKLED AND I COULD HAVE TWO NEW ONES FOR ALMOST £1,500. TODAY I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR TO AN INDEPENDENT TYRE / WHEEL SUPPLIER WHO CHECKED BOTH WHEELS AND TOLD ME BOTH WHEELS WERE FINE!
Although I did have issues with the service given initially, after a meeting with the service Manager issue was quickly resolved so i was a happy customer.
Everything just as I wished for.
Robert Dixon made the experience extremely easy and he went the extra mile to help convince me
Most but not all problems on the car solved. The Bluetooth is still and issue and both the exterior and interior could have been cleaned far more thoroughly. The boot and the windows hadn't been touched.

This is my 3rd new BMW from Bowker Blackburn. They work hard to understand what the customer wants and do their utmost to achieve it.
Attention to detail matters to me. I requested that the front bumper was not drilled to mount the number plate but it was. On the day of collection, there was a chip in the paint on one of the door handles. I would have expected this to be PDI.
