"When an appointment is made the service advisor should complete the data prior to the customer arriving. I would just like to drop off my keys and leave, not wait and go through information which i have given over the phone when i booked again"

"With our vehicles having condition based servicing it is necessary for the car data to be checked. In this case the key data did not match the information from the initial booking and by reading the key avoided any unnecessary work to be undertaken."

"The only fault was that my car took a couple of weeks longer to arrive than I was originally told. Other than that, everything was excellent"
