Lancashire Car Centre Celebrates Twelfth National Award in Seven Years

A Lancashire car centre has been recognised for exceptional performance in aftersales customer satisfaction.

The High Achievers Award ranks Bowker BMW and MINI Centre on Trident Park in Blackburn the best from over 150 BMW Centres UK wide.

The accolade is awarded by BMW UK and is driven by customer feedback over the first six-month period to the end of June 2019.

It is the Bowker BMW centre’s twelfth national award in seven years.

Bowker BMW service manager Stewart Rose said: “Any national award in your industry is a major achievement. But to maintain these high standards so consistently is a proud accomplishment.

“We have a great team here. And we’re especially grateful for the hundreds of customers who took time to offer feedback on how well we’re looking after them. This award means Bowker Blackburn is one of the most awarded BMW & MINI centres in the country!”

The centre won the same award in January to June 2017. Earlier that year, Bowker BMW and MINI in Blackburn finished first out of more than 40 similar-sized BMW centres in the country for aftersales performance.

In 2016, Bowker Blackburn won both BMW Aftersales Retailer of the Year and service manager Stewart Rose was crowned National Service Manager of the Year.

In 2014 Bowker Blackburn won the BMW Retailer of the Year Award for Corporate Sales. The award recognised the retailer’s performance; commitment to the local business community; and, consistent service levels to the fleet industry both regionally and nationally during 2014.

Other accolades include Customer Service Retailer of the Year; Aftersales Team of the Year; BMW UK Local Hero;Dealer Principal of the Year title in both the Motor Trader Awards and AM awards simultaneously; and, BMW Leasing Star of the Year for best customer service to the leasing industry.
