Completely satisfied with the actual service, but stated my dissatisfaction at the BMW Protect X as a product. I paid for a product that I feel is quite poor quality. Due to me having 3rd party products applied any further action was dismissed.

The ladies who I spoke to to book the car in were helpful (I had to reschedule). Their attitude was I would of expected. The reason I have not given full marks is due to the man who I was referred to when I went to collect who was clearly distracted.

Car has been rebooked in as replacement part was not available so only time will tell if fault is rectified. I was supplied with a X3 courtesy car which unfortunately had a lot of damage to one side from the previous driver.
Hard to fault
A little shock after I had been told everything was ok but when I called to pick the car up was told it needed a new tyre and fog light. The fog light alone was going to be £270. I have arranged to get this much cheaper elsewhere

I bought my car from Bowker Blackburn with a 60000 service mileage package. I produced documentary evidence but was told it was only 50000 miles and was charged over £300
Trying to get someone to ring me back about scratched alloy and unusually low mpg. When I did speak to someone felt like I was being fobbed off.
I hav purchased vehicles from Bowkers for many years now. One great advantage is the it has the feel of a family firm . The staff all know you by name and take the time to stop and speak whenever you are in the premises . You feel valued
Always excellent service
Car serviced on time and collected/delivered back to workplace, making it very easy to arrange the service.
A new fault was introduced during servicing, requiring 10 days in the workshop and a total of 5 dealership visits to rectify. This is not what I expect from any dealer, let alone one in the premium sector.
All aspects of Summer Wheel replacement covered. Very useful video of vehicle condition.

My car had been called in for a software update two to be exact this was a little bit baffling to myself as I'd only had the car a few weeks having said that I didn't expect these updates to take as long as they did with no charge for the latter.
