Excellent sales and service people.
I wasn't entirely satisfied because of a bit of opportunistic selling ie air con recharging and saying that it would be wise of me to have a new tyre fitted 3 mm of tread when I know the legal requirement is 1.6 mm.
As above, inconvenienced as I again have to bring my car back in

All work completed as agreed and the car returned in the pristine condition it was presented in with even the tyres being detailed and dressed
poor service, car came back damaged and had to be repaired. took over 3 days to calibrate the sensor and I could see the car was simply sat in their compound and not touched
Friendly. Shame I had to organise my own alternative transport for a product recall.
The mechanics not only did a first class job of the service but found a fault and fixed that under warranty at the same in no time at all.. marvellous.
Neil at the service desk " goes the extra mile" in keeping me updated as to the condition of my car and what needs replacing.

No complaints with servicing itself, the service staff were very good. The waiting area felt a little sparse, the reading material is very limited and the quality of coffee is poor, no biscuits available. Wasn't a comfortable hour and a half wait.
Service was great! The carwash wasn't the best though, think it was cleaner before it went in.

The service staff always keep me updated on the progress of the service and, as I usually wait for the service to be completed they come and sit wit me to inform of any thing that needs doing immediately or what may need doing in the near future.
Car went in for one day and spent a week at the centre.

Having spent a whole day occupying my time to find out there was a an alert in yellow on the screen (not previously showing)when switching off the engine on arriving home was to say the least inconvenient. I had to call BMW assistance.

Generally very helpful and friendly staff. Communication could have been better with myself and Enterprise cars. I felt at times that it was I managing the situation rather than BMW Assist.
Could'nt get a better service
Very happy with the service. The service manager could not have been more helpful to me and was able to fit me in, and lend me a car for the day. This was the first time I had used this dealer, and I will definitely use them again.
Minor improvements to service received would have elicited a 5 star score, estimate for time of service was not completely accurate, complimentary wash was somewhat superficial, interior untouched unlike previous experience.

See previous answer. I couldn't get Williams in Bolton(much more convenient and from where I bought the car), to budge on waiting. Generally I'm disappointed with the inflexibility of Williams.
Booked in for the m5 running in service. Talked me though the work required. Provided a good courtesy car which I always enjoy. All work done to plan to the price agreed. Excellent

Received excellent and personal service. Salesman went above and beyond and did everything in his power to ensure I was happy and all questions fully explained and answered.
Handover was fairly rushed and there was an expectation that it would be standardised to cover. I was offered GAP insurance on too many occasions and this became somewhat annoying when the first answer should be accepted
Disappointed though not to receive a small thank you gift i.e. umbrella, key ring, baseball cap just as a momento of BMW.
