Rob and Seb were very informative, with the car. Took their time to explain the differences between the cars, so I got the right car for me. Felt no pressure. gave us time when we needed to discuss finance.

I chose a Showroom out of area as I got a better car (by far) for the same amount I was being offered elsewhere. However the communication and Service was by no way diminished by this. Excellant from start to finish. Thanks Damian.

Rob, Olivia and Seb were all great and have looked after me from start to finish. They worked really hard to help, had excellent product knowledge and went above and beyond for both me and my son, which is very much appreciated.

Kennie was very helpful throughout the process of sourcing the vehicle, providing paperwork ahead of collection day and was prepared with the paperwork on collection day. Kennie ran through the working of the vehicle with me.

I was completely satisfied, there was no pushy salesman techniques involved. I found Mark Heys (salesman) very helpful and knowledgeable. There was no problem taking my chosen model out for an extended test drive. I never felt pressured afterwards.

I notified BMW which part was required, but they waited until the car arrived to tell me that they didn't have part in stock. Therefore, I had to visit twice for a very simple repair.

I confirmed a car wash three times-during booking, via the link, and on the day. Despite this, my car wasn't washed and was returned dirtier than when I left it.
