I was completely satisfied, there was no pushy salesman techniques involved. I found Mark Heys (salesman) very helpful and knowledgeable. There was no problem taking my chosen model out for an extended test drive. I never felt pressured afterwards.

Expensive repairs; vehicle had to be kept overnight as parts unavailable and wasn't effectively communicated. A further delay in repairs meant another overnight stay at the garage. Don't think the vehicle was vacuum cleaned despite being offered.

You tried to sell me 4 new tyres. When I had 1 tyre less than a month old. I was told that it was unsafe and wouldn't pass an MOT. I went back to the tyre specialists for a second opinion. They reviewed the video and checked all tyres and said all ok

The dealership refused to process a repair which was cover by my comprehensive BMW warranty. I'm currently struggling to see any benefit in using the BMW's main dealerships for servicing or takings out BMW's extended warranty.

Dash cam enquiry dealt with promptly efficiently. Service follow up good. Other issues picked up/additional work agreed and done. Not 5 stars had to keep car overnight no wiper blades in stock/poor guidance on using dash cam/invoice over charged.

Everything was fine until the rep mentioned i need to pay an hrs labour to get a software installed. In my initial call this wasn't mentioned so not sure why the tune had changed when I turned up to the showroom. Not a great look.

I paid for major service on my car,I have the invoice, when I went in my car it only showed the engine oil service with micro filter on the idrive but it didn't show the spark plugs service, so I wasn't sure if the technician has done my spark plugs
