Everything was explained in simple terms. Robert was highly courteous and friendly throughout. No question was too much for Rob to answer no matter how trivial. Handover was perfect. Olivia was excellent in explaining the features of the car.

I changed from Williams BMW to Bowker as in the last couple of years we have been increasingly disappointed with customer service there. Bowker took over mine and my wife's servicing recently and we were blown away with the service we received.

Whilst we were a tad disappointed that the delivery date was a month out from the original date, Sabastian and Rob helped by providing a car for one weekend that we really needed the car for whilst waiting. This helped out greatly.

All the staff I met with were attentive and friendly. The fault was diagnosed very quickly, within minutes of me dropping the car off! I received a call later in the day to tell me what the issue was and that the part was already on order.
