We were extremely pleased with the whole process from start to finish. We are new to BMW and the delights of automatic vehicles so we are on a massive learning curve. Both Robert and Olivia offered support in the future should we require it.

I found the receptionists helpful, and Andy helped me organise a repair to my car and with a new tyre. He told me you price matched tyres so that was good to know, rather than me assuming they would be more expensive from you.

Professional friendly and competent service let down a little by the cost of additional work required to study the cause of oil stain. 2 years ago the cost of the same investigative work was £138 now risen to £198, a 43% increase.

My first comment really sums up my visits to Bowler. They understand that though it would be nice to buy a new vehicle on a regular basis, not many retirees can afford to do this. They give the same service irrespective of age of vehicle.
