The service is always second to none because every time I visit the showroom the agents know exactly what I require and get it done for me as quick as they can.

Excellent customer service.
Every aspect of the process was explained in advance and any remedial necessities highlighted and timeframe requirements advised. All the staff really care about my vehicle and I am treated exceptionally well.
Repaired the first fault ok but never checked for any other faults and one occurred that could have got me killed

Oil service carried out ok but the car wash was poor. The lower part of the sills and bumpers were still dirty as well as parts of the wheels.
Everything sorted out and a car provided whilst my car in.

Service ok , this was a service coupled with a recall you had asked for , because of this recall I was told you refused to pick up my car for the service, something you have done for the past 10 years , this was an inconvenience for me

Dealt with very efficiently. Technician (Chris) took a test drive with me to diagnose the problem, and again after the repair was complete. Was very courteous and knowledgeable and was happy to explain the fault and how it was fixed

I have used this dealer over many years. I can only think of one occasion when I returned for something to be checked and it was not this time.
Not very good attention to detail. It was stated that I have 3 Bridgestone Run Flats and 1 budget tyre on my car. I actually have 2 budget tyres. Make me question the entire survey... Do I really need new brakes???
