Was told that could have a courtesy vehicle. Called the day before, was told there wasnt a vehicle. So agreed my partner would drop the car off and be given a lift to work. She turned up on the day and was told vehicle ready for her but lift not?

if there was a problem with doing both jobs why was I not informed from the start? I outlined this right from the outset without any success it would seem.

Disappointed that fault regarding steering was not resolved at first attempt by replacing the part.
Excellent experience. Andrew arranged a replacement vehicle whilst my car was being repaired. He built a case with bmw that they should replace the engine after a premature failure of the timing chain. The new engine is running great.

Having taken out a monthly plan to cover the first two services I was amazed that I had to pay a `top-up' to cover the initial service/oil change, other than that I've always been completely satisfied.
There was an issue with the wrong type of tires being ordered and this meant the car took longer, to repair, than quoted.

Polite, friendly, professional people with a very warm and strong customer service focus from start to finish. From the reception lady, to the service booking consultant all the way through to the mechanics, parts guys & valeting staff, just awesome
Quiet a long wait for an appointment but well handled and they kept in touch.
Two additional issues were added - coolant light coming on and squeaking brakes, this requirement doesn't appear to have been recorded. The coolant was rectified (fortunately) with replacement of the oil filter housing - the brakes still squeal!

Appointment booked and car dropped off on time. Was chasing if my car was ready four and a half hours later as not heard anything.
Dealt with Scott Taylor and he is very personable and honest a breath of fresh air having dealt with others i.e. Mercedes.
From the minute you walk into the reception, the greeting is welcoming and you are quickly allocated to the appropriate person. I always feel valued as a customer and reassured that the are maintaining my vehicle to BMW standards.
I was offered free wash and vac but that wasnt completed to a good standard as alloys still dirty.

I booked my car in for an exterior valet as ill health prevented me from doing this task for my self, and here's the BUT it took the best part of three hours to complete as well as myself waiting at the centre along with my wife far to long to wait!!
As above.Oil was half way between high and low so thought it should have been topped up.

At the time the Winter Check was carried out, the overall cost was significantly more than I had understood would be the case at the time I booked my car in, and I am not clear that my 3+ Service Membership discount was applied.
Courteous service, Copious information, They were flexible and accommodating. They listened and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied.
From reception through to the service desk and then a conversation with the service manager followed by a call from the sales person who originally sold me the car I was treated curtiously by every member of staff.
