Had to contact after purchase of vehicle on a few occasions always been given excellent customer service. Staff lovely to deal with.

I think the service was very good but disagree that fuel additives and ad blue should be an extra charge on a premium vehicle with a service pack included
Service ok , this was a service coupled with a recall you had asked for , because of this recall I was told you refused to pick up my car for the service, something you have done for the past 10 years , this was an inconvenience for me

Dealt with very efficiently. Technician (Chris) took a test drive with me to diagnose the problem, and again after the repair was complete. Was very courteous and knowledgeable and was happy to explain the fault and how it was fixed

Not very good attention to detail. It was stated that I have 3 Bridgestone Run Flats and 1 budget tyre on my car. I actually have 2 budget tyres. Make me question the entire survey... Do I really need new brakes???

Car returned unwashed and unvacced after being asked when dropping off if I wanted the car washing. Very disappointed it was returned unwashed when going to a main dealer. Having owned an Audi for the previous 10 years and always washed.
I have to pay for insurance for a courtesy car. Marginally acceptable when my car is in for routine servicing, but totally unacceptable when my car is in for warranty or "quality upgrade" work.

Robert Flanagan at Blackburn Bowker who I dealt with on Service Reception went a little bit above and beyond to help with a 'disappointment' concerning my car.
Overall service especially from Jordan was excellent, she kept me updated on what was happening with my car. I do have a couple of issues, there are a small dent on the drivers door that I am very sure wasnt there before and a wheel dustcap missing.
They took my car in immediately as they had availability there and then. Carried out all work within the time promised and contacted me to inform me there was warranty work that needed doing and they did that too.
Always asked if anything needs looking at but no feedback given

I didn't feel satisfied when explained about the fault in my car. It feels like BMW was more worried about the cost than the customer satisfaction. Too much hesitation in explaining what was wrong with my car.
Everything seems to be done thoroughly which gives me the peace of mind from knowing that my car will continue to run faultlessly.
Service completed whilst I waited, and car valeted. What's not to like !
