I was very satisfied with my experience at the BMW Centre during the purchase and delivery of my new car. The handover was great, and the staff were professional and helpful. While a few aspects could have been explained in more detail.

I was made to feel at ease during the purchase and delivery of the car and this was down to Robert who made the whole experience very pleasurable. Collecting the car I was introduced to Olivia who showed me the workings of the car.

Would have been 5 stars but the technicians declined to repair a puncture which was simply and easily repaired at my local tyre supplier. I was asked to buy a new tyre despite my tyre being almost new and undamaged apart from the tread puncture.
