We gave permission for the plug at a cost of £30.00. Later we were informed that after removing the nail we needed a new tyre at a cost of approx. 250.00

I appreciate it complementary, but obviously it's part of the service I'm paying for - when my car was cleaned, it wasn't done very well at all. The car was fairly clean beforehand but it had obvious bits to wipe down that were missed.

Good communication from Bowker about my vehicle whilst it was in for some coolant problems, it was diagnosed quickly and part ordered and fitted within a couple of days under the used car warranty.

I was supposed to be booked in for back brakes and discs. I turned up and I was booked for front discs and rear pads. The advisor mentioned sorry we have booked you in for the wrong job, also we do not have rear discs in stock. I had to rebook then.

I feel they did not take my issue seriously. Could not find a problem and told me if it carries on then bring it back, which is unacceptable as what resolution would be given to me that they couldn't give me at this time. Wont use Bowker again

The service received is always 1st class, professional, competant and friendly. All the service staff are excellent, on this occassion Mia Shuttleworth dealt with my MOT, she even rang me 2 days later to ensure I was happy with everything.

Can't fault really except the time taken of 2.5 hours to do an MOT and replace a tyre valve seemed excessive. Also the health check said 1 out of 4 tyres was wearing faster on inside of tyre than rest, but wheel was said to be aligned correct?

Staff and service brilliant. Supply of a courtesy car was great apart from the £20 fee for the insurance. My vehicle was in for warranty work I felt this should be covered by BMW.
